This is best with shredded carrots and kale salads.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons(TBS) toasted sesame oil
3 TBS (62 gr) honey
5 TBS(75 gr) chunky/crunchy peanut butter
2 TBS Tamari sauce - I use Ponzu sometimes too
2 TBS Tarragon vinegar is the best but can use rice or apple cider vinegar
2 TBS freshly squeezed juice of a lime/lemon
Optional: 6 crushed/finely chopped garlic cloves
Notes
Toasted sesame oil is important in this recipe, especially if you want the sauce to be "Asian/Thai-Sauce" like, but you could use tahini as well
For peanut butter, I prefer the ones made in store, they have only 1 ingredient, crunchy and nice texture, easier to mix almost like whipped as opposed to the ones in the jars.
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together and let them stay few hours to incorporate the garlic flavor, if you don’t want garlic it’s ready to go.
Before serving, mix well and taste, I usually add more lemon/lime juice, but it's my preference
