Ingredients
1 pound ground lamb or 1 pound ground veal.I think lamb is better, but try each and combo if you can
1 to 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons each ground black pepper, ground sweet paprika, ground hot red pepper
3 teaspoons ground cumin
3-4 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
Mixed all spices in a bowl
Using garlic press - or finelly chop- add the garlic
Add the ground meat and using glove mix very well
Let it rest overnight in a fridge for better taste
You can wrap them using stretch film or just leave in a container.
Usually it's a staple for Turkish breakfasts with eggs, but can be just sauteed and add to pasta, or in grilled cheese sandwich.
